The National Water Resources Committee on Wednesday approved a three-point plan to ensure efficient management of water resources during this year’s rainy season.

OFFICIALS of the Philippines’ National Economic and Development Authority and the National Water Resources Board along with private-sector consultants have called on Congress to create an administrative and a regulatory body responsible for nationwide water concerns.
